Alexis Perez has worked in the senior living industry since 2009 and as an Executive Director since 2010. During her tenure in senior living, Alexis has had the pleasure to advocate on behalf of the older adult community at our State Capital twice and she has worked with local and state council members and senators to educate about the senior living industry. Alexis has experience working with large senior living companies, low-income communities and small owner/operators. Prior to her career in senior living, Alexis was a probation corrections officer with the County of San Bernardino. Alexis holds an Associate’s degree in Behavioral Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.
Alexis has been married to her soulmate since 2003 and has four children. She was born and raised in Southern California, mainly the Inland Empire. In her free time, Alexis and her oldest daughter run the 2-year-old Sunday School class at their church and she enjoys serving her neighbors, the needs of older adults, wellness and social programs and empowering seniors to lead healthier lives.
